Truffle Burrata





Yes you read that right. I hooked on truffle oil this summer, and every once in a while it’s fun to splurge and use it instead of olive oil. I found a super affordable option. It’s $11 compared to other prices being about double that. I posted a pic of the brand!

What you need:

1 ball of burrata

Cracked salt & pepper

Basil

Tomatoes

Truffle oil

Balsamic glaze


Directions:

Cut tomatoes into desired size and shred basil

Add all ingredients in a bowl except the oils

First drizzle truffle oil - 1/2 table spoon - it is potent so you don’t need much!

Lastly top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, not too much so you can let the truffle really stand out!
