Okay, this recipe is so easy and so simple! It is loaded with veggies and only takes fifteen minutes to make from prep to finish.
What you need:
1 lb of ground turkey
1/4 pound of spicy hot ground sausage
1 yellow onion - sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 cups of mushrooms sliced
1 container of healthy 8 chopped veggie mix
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of coconut aminos
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 table spoon of hoisin sauce
1 table spoon of sesame oil
1 1/2 cups of steamed rice
For extra spice red pepper flakes
Directions:
In a large skillet combine turkey, sausage and minced garlic and cook while stirring regularly, once cook set aside
In the same skillet add olive oil, onion and mushroom cooking on high for five minutes
Add chopped veggie mix and cook for 5 minutes covered
Add meat, and all seasonings and mix until everything is combined
Cover and simmer on low for 3 minutes and serve over rice
