Lulu's Lemon Pepper Salmon

Salmon is an easy and healthy dinner or lunch, that is always sure to make a simple meal special!

What you need:

1 Salmon Filet

1 Lemon

1 teaspoon of Cracked Lemon Pepper

1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

2 Tablespoon of soy sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Lay tinfoil down on a baking sheet

Place salmon on the baking sheet

Rub olive oil over the salmon as well as soy sauce (I like to do a little soy sauce for boost in flavor and it cuts the fishiness)

Evenly sprinkle cracked lemon pepper across the whole filet

Slice lemon into small slivers and place onto of salmon, and use the ends of the lemons to squeeze fresh lemon onto of the salmon as well

Depending on size of filet, if it is thin cook for 12 minutes, if it is medium cook for 15 minutes and if it is thick cook for 20 minutes

Cover salmon with tinfoil for the first half of the time it is in the oven, and then uncover for the second half

Serve and enjoy!
