Lemon Panko Crusted Salmon



I love some easy and healthy alternatives to the usual dishes! This is super simple and delicious.


What you need:

2 salmon filets

1 cup of panko bread crumbs

1 lemon

1 teaspoon of Cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 table spoon of olive oil


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Apply a small amount of olive oil to each filet

Combine cracked pepper and panko bread crumbs, and mix evenly

Pat the breadcrumbs onto the salmon until the whole filet is covered

Cut lemon and lay two sliced of lemon onto of each salmon and squeeze excess lemon into the filet as well

On a baking sheet place olive oil and minced garlic where the salmon will go, and then place salmon onto fo the garlic and olive oil

Bake for 12 minutes

I served this over a bed of caramelized spinach and onions!
