At this point I think it is pretty obvious I have a burrata and caprese salad obsession! This is a fun and tasty way to eat an absolute classic.
What you need:
1 tub of Trader Joes Burrata
1 Large Heirloom tomato
Fresh Basil
Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper
Olive Oil
Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Slice Heirloom tomatoes into thin slices and set on a plate
Lightly salt and pepper tomatoes and add a drizzle of olive oil
Cut each burrata ball into quarters and place a quarter on each slice of tomato
Slice basil into small slivers, and top the heirloom and tomato with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic glaze and finally basil
Serve and enjoy! These are great on their own or go lovely with a rosemary cracker or something of the sort!
