Fresh Oysters
Are you an oyster lover, or hate them? I find its one or the other since they are such a unique texture and taste! I personally love them. I feel like its having a little taste of the ocean every bite!
What you need:
A half dozen fresh oysters per person
Lemon wedges
Rice vinegar
White wine vinegar
Shallots
Directions:
Shuck the oysters and drain them
Thinly chop one small shallot
Combine 1/4 cup of rice vinegar with a 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar and the juice 1/2 of a lemon and shallots and set aside
Squeeze lemon over all the oysters, and add a little bit of the vinegar solution to each and enjoy!
