Beer Battered Shrimp Tacos


Two things we love: fish & Mexican food, so there’s nothing better than shrimp tacos! These easy beer battered shrimp tacos are a crowd pleaser!

What you need:

1/2 pound of peeled raw shrimp

1 cup of flour

1 whole beer

1 tablespoon of chili lime seasoning

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of onion salt

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Cooking oil

Crema:

1/4 of an avocado

1/2 of a lime

1/2 cup sour cream

Blend


Directions:

Add cooking to non stick pan and heat to 400 degrees on stove top

Combine flour, beer, and seasonings in a bowl

Add in beer and mix well until even consistency

Dip shrimp one by one in batter and into oil for 5 minutes turning twice

Set aside on paper towel and let drain

Top onto of tacos, with desired toppings and crema!
