Balsamic & Feta Brussel Sprouts


Let’s be honest, you can’t go wrong with brussel sprouts. They might have been what we couldn’t stand as a kid, but they are a staple now!


What you need:

1 bag of brussel sprouts

1/2 cup of crumbled Feta cheese

4 slices of cooked Bacon

Salt and pepper

1 table spoon of Balsamic glaze

1 teaspoon of Garlic powder

1 teaspoon of Lemon pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut Brussels into halves and lay face down on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder and lemon pepper

Bake Brussels for 20 minutes

Cut bacon into small slivers and add to Brussels along with feta cheese and toss all together

Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of the dish


Serve and enjoy!
